6. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell personal information. We share information only where necessary to run this website, deliver our services, and respond to enquiries:

- Resend — we use Resend to send contact form submissions from this website and from client websites we build and host. Form data is processed by our form service and delivered to the appropriate recipient by email.
- FreeAgent — accounting software, only if you become a client and we need to maintain billing records
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (client email)
If you ask us to help you set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, you sign up directly with Google or Microsoft. We do not host or process your mailbox data for those services. We may receive limited information during setup — for example, your contact details and domain verification records — and we may remain a technical contact while we help with configuration. Your use of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 is governed by the relevant provider's privacy notice:
7. International Transfers
Some of our service providers may process personal information outside the United Kingdom, including Bluehost and Resend. If you use Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 directly, those providers may also process your information outside the UK under their own terms. Where transfers happen, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses to protect your information, where applicable.
8. Data Retention
- Enquiries: retained for up to 24 months if no business relationship follows.
- Client hosting and email records: retained for the duration of your plan and for a reasonable period afterwards for support, billing, and legal purposes.
- Server logs: retained according to Bluehost's usual retention periods.
- Accounting records: where applicable, retained for at least 6 years for tax and legal purposes.
